The Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Society of  Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (herein “ASHRAESN”) was established in 1962.

ASHRAESN seeks to

1. Advance the sciences of heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning engineering and related sciences
2. Continue the education of its members and other interested persons in said sciences through lectures, demonstrations and publications
3. Provide career guidance and financial assistance to students of said sciences
4. Encourage scientific research within the HVAC & R industry
