ASHRAE GOLF TOURNAMENT

It is time to have some fun in the sun on the green. Please join us for the annual ASHRAE of Southern Nevada Golf Tournament at the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club located at 20 E Rhodes Ranch Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89148. Registration opens at 6:30am. Shotgun start at 7:30am. BBQ lunch immediately following the event in the restaurant. Please RSVP no later than October 21st, 2016.


Sponsorship Opportunities: We are including sponsorship packages for the golf tournament and the holiday party as a single purchase. There are golf tournament only packages as well. 


• Reindeer Games: $1500—Includes: Green Fees for 4 players, a sign on a tee box, 4 tickets to the ASHRAE Holiday party and a sign at the ASHRAE Holiday party.
• Oh Christmas Tee: $500—Includes: Green Fees for 2 players and 2 tickets to the ASHRAE Holiday party.
• Ho Ho Hole in One: $250—Includes: Green fees for 1 player and 1 ticket to ASHRAE Holiday party.
• Premier: $1,000— Includes: Green fees for 4 players, sign on a Tee Box. $300 RP Donation* to ASHRAE.
• Standard: $800— Includes: Green fees for your 4 players. $200.00 RP Donation* to ASHRAE.
• Lunch: $1,500.00 (four available) — Includes: Green fees for 4 players and promotional display table during lunch.
• Swag Bag: No Cost just provide 144 items with your company logo and we will hand out at registration.
• Longest Drive Contest: $250.00 (two available) The sponsor will be recognized at the Luncheon.
• Closest to the Pin Contest: $250.00 (one available) The sponsor will be recognized at the Luncheon.
• Door/Raffle Prizes: $1,000.00—(one available) The sponsor will be thanked at the luncheon and will be the host presenter during the raffle game.
• Drink Tickets: $1,500.00—(two available) The sponsor logo and contact info will be placed on the drink tickets.

NOTE: Each credit card transaction will incur a 3% processing fee
