Southern Nevada members: this is your next Society Winter Conference. After the industry came to Las Vegas, the winter meeting moves to Chicago — technical sessions, networking, ALI courses, committee meetings, and the co-sponsored AHR Expo in one trip.

Where: Marriott Marquis Chicago (HQ hotel), 2121 South Prairie Ave., and McCormick Place

AHR Expo: January 25–27, 2027 at McCormick Place. A paid ASHRAE Conference badge includes Expo access (ASHRAE booth S6810).
Hotel: ASHRAE room block at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, $258–$288 + tax per night. You must register for the conference to receive the hotel booking information.

• Plenary / Meeting of the Members — Saturday, Jan 23, 3:15 p.m., Marriott Marquis. President Sarah Maston’s State of the Society address, followed by a Mix N’ Mingle with the ASHRAE Board.
• Welcome Party at Carnivale ($95) — Saturday, Jan 23, 6:30 p.m. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a hosted bar. Tickets required.
• YEA / MRG Hospitality Reception — Sunday, Jan 24, 4:00 p.m. For YEA members (35 and under), the New Members Resource Group, and Professionals with Young Families, with light refreshments.
• Women in ASHRAE Breakfast ($55) — Monday, Jan 25, 7:00 a.m. Tickets required.
• Members Night Out ($95) — Tuesday, Jan 26, 6:30 p.m. An arcade-themed party with music from the band Nerdvana. Tickets required.
• AHR Expo — Jan 25–27, included with a paid conference badge.
• ALI courses — Full-day professional development seminars and half-day short courses for an additional fee.
• Technical program Jan 24–27 with PDH sessions, committee meetings, and technical tours.
